Norman Daoust in his role as a musician. He was the leader of the Eastwood Swing Orchestra and founder of Eastwood Productions, and is currently a freelance fretted instrument specialist (playing guitar, electric bass, banjo, mandolin, and ukelele) and vocalist.
Norman has accompanied nationally acclaimed artists including Bob Eberle, Anna Maria Albergetti (star of the original West Side Story), Al Martino, Marvin Hamlisch, and Tommy Tune. He has appeared as the banjoist with the Portland Symphony Orchestra in their performances of George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". In addition to performing, he has contracted orchestras of up to 20-pieces to accompany internationally known entertainers including Anna Maria Albergetti and Al Martino, Carol Channing, Mickey Rooney and Donald O'Connor, and Wayne Newton.
